He was puzzled by the problem I had with the size, because according to the Honeydew sizing chart the bra I ordered should have fit my 32AA bust.
It arrived so wrinkled that the seams were all shriveled, and you can’t iron nylon lingerie without ruining it. Fail…. but it wasn’t Honeydew’s fault.
Jim sent me samples of the same bralette in two different sizes (Small and Medium), and this time the Small bra was a perfect fit. It’s clear that my first experience with Honeydew Intimates was not typical. Any of their bralettes will fit bra size AA, A or B.
Honeydew’s lightweight mesh nylon designer lingerie comes in lots of colors and sexy, trendy designs (thanks to Jim, I now own a fabulous turquoise zebra-print lingerie set… probably not something I would think to get for myself, but I love it).
The bralettes are a stylish, comfortable alternative to underwire bras for petite women and teens with itty bitty breasts like mine (or even a little bigger… you don’t have to be as flat-chested as I am to wear Honeydew).
From the email I sent Jim after receiving the samples:
The items you sent came folded properly with seams aligned, wrapped tightly and packed in a rigid box. This meant the mesh nylon didn’t get pulled out of shape during shipping.
It seems like such a little thing, but with delicate fabrics the packaging really matters. Clearly your company understands this and knows how to ship lingerie, and it makes a huge difference, especially with these wire-free nylon bras that have nothing but seams to maintain their structure. Thanks again for your dedication to customer satisfaction.
So that was awesome. Sizing mystery solved! If you want to buy a Honeydew bralette or anything else from this designer lingerie collection, I recommend ordering directly from the company website to make sure you get the right packaging.
