Itty bitty sizes, huge style!

Itty Bitty Bra and The Little Bra Company have one thing in common: both are petite lingerie brands designed to fit small-boned, slender women with tiny breasts.

But that’s pretty much where the similarities end. While The Little Bra Company (TLBC) specializes in push-up styles and hard-to-find band sizes, Itty Bitty Bra (IBB) is all about celebrating the small-cup figure.

The IBB look is sleek, smooth and minimal. Padding is either very light (Itty Bitty Signature Bra), or optional (Removable Pad Bra).

In this review I’ll focus on one of IBB’s latest, as of spring 2011: the H-pattern bra with removable pads (above).

Itty Bitty Signature Bra - Pink

I tried the Itty Bitty Removable Pad Bra in a 32A, which is the smallest size available in this style. IBB does carry size AA, but only in the Signature Bra… and it’s the teeniest AA cup I’ve ever seen outside the girls department.

I once made the grave mistake of ordering the Itty Bitty Signature Bra in a 32AA. The band was only a little tight, but the cups were ridiculous.

Yes, even on me there is such a thing as too shallow! The A cup in IBB is plenty small enough for my barely A breasts.

The H-pattern bra is definitely my favorite IBB so far. It has a flattering shape that follows my natural curves.

With the pads left in, it fits more like a petite 32AA. Not ridiculous like the Signature, but it leaves nothing in the way of extra room for my usual time-of-the-month boob inflation.

Fortunately I am happy wearing this bra without the pads. If you want the enhancement that the padding provides, I recommend ordering up a size from your usual (band, cup or both).

Get it at, or check their list of retailers to see if it’s available at a store near you.

  1. Definitely seem like nice products, very impressed with the smallness of their cups! Too bad they don’t make small band sizes. :-(

  2. Renee — you might be able to wear their size 32 on the smallest hook… if you want to try one, i have a sample 32AA floating around. ;) But i think it might still be too loose in the band on you.

  3. Could you please post a picture of the IBB in 32aa and 32a please? Thank you (:

    • Hi Ann. If you are looking to see the difference in cup size between a 32AA and a 32A in IBB, this will not be evident from a photo. I can help you with sizing — please contact me at to request a consultation.
      Thanks and best regards,
      Amanda :)
