Victoria's Secret Pink bra: not very sexy.

Ow, my ribs. VS Pink fail.

I’m selling this Victoria’s Secret Pink bra (size 32AA), but I can’t honestly recommend it to anyone who actually reads my posts. You deserve better. Not doing a free gift with this one, as I actually sort of hope it doesn’t sell.

This is the “Very Sexy Goes Pink” bra, with level 4 padding for what VS calls “extreme lift.” But in case you didn’t notice from the image, it does not give me cleavage. Every now and then, if you’re me, you put on a push-up bra that somehow manages to make your boobs look even smaller…. fail.

The bra is attractive enough, on the hanger anyway… but it’s totally uncomfortable. The underwire is very stiff; it just sits there on my ribs, doing nothing useful. There is not as much padding or push-up effect as I expected from the description. The lace is scratchy.

Aerie bras are way more comfortable and more flattering for a size AA bust. Even the Aerie Isabel balconette bra, which I found to run large in the cups, looked and felt better on me than this.

Two stars… not worth the price.

I too feel your disappointment in VS’s Pink line. I am a 32-34 AA-NA after having my second back in August. A couple months ago, I realize my A’s weren’t fitting even half as well as they used to. I got smaller. (wtf?) In stubborn refusal to shop in the girl’s section at the store, I turned to VS’s Pink page on their site. First I ordered the where everywhere t-shirt demi, lightly lined, in a 32AA, half expecting the cups to just not be shaped right for me (as shaped cups often don’t for me). The bra actually fit fantastically! Except for the underwires, which left bruises where the ends pressed after only about 3 hours. I figured Pink’s 32 must just be too small for me. The 34AA simply didn’t fit. The band was too big around, and as a result changed the shape of the cups too much for me. If it hadn’t been for the underwires, the 32 would’ve been my perfect bra. I gave Pink one more chance. The Scoopneck Demi, lightly padded, in a 32AA. Not a perfect fit, but better than any of my older bras which aren’t AA’s. Not convinced it was worth the price, but it fits better than any of my other bras do. It barely makes me look any less flat than if I didn’t wear a bra. VS Pink has only been a disappointment to me. I’m glad I’m not the only one, but at the same time I’m also sorry that anyone else has to deal with this frustration.

Yes, the Wear Everywhere t-shirt bra in size 32A is the only one from VS Pink that doesn’t cause me severe pain and suffering. However, it is still a long way from being comfortable.

In general with VS I think it’s better to try a larger cup size, rather than going up in the band. I had the same problem you did with the 34AA; totally didn’t fit, straps were all over the place and the band kept getting all twisted over to one side.

Haven’t tried the scoopneck demi… in fact, I’ve never tried on any “scoop” bras. Am I missing something?
