The discontinued Wacoal Petites 75433 strapless convertible bra is still available on sale for $31 in the AA and A cup sizes.
I haven’t tried this style, but it has all the usual features of Wacoal petite bras: removable pads, close-set cups, etc. It comes with straps that can be worn cross-back, halter style or traditional.
