So… remember yesterday when I said these deals don’t happen every day? As fate would have it, the universe is messing with me again and I was apparently mistaken. Here are today’s members-only deals…
I’m poor but I still love to shower my wife with lavish gifts, so I’m always on the lookout for a great deal. I’d like to do a regular Deal of the Day type thing, but these deals don’t happen every day. Instead, I’ll post them as soon as I see them and hopefully you can take advantage. Also, I’ll try to focus on good stuff – not “Buy one get one free Hanes bra at Kmart!” You can find that stuff on your own. Rather, I’ll put up the stuff you might miss.
A few weeks ago, I mentioned a deal on Between the Sheets at Zulily. That deal is unfortunately gone, but Zulily has come through again with up to 60% off Sophie B and while they don’t go smaller than a full A-cup bra, they do have some nice cute-sexy chemises and undies.
The other tiny deal today is at Beyond the Rack with bras and panties sets by Chantelle and Passionata. Bra sizes range from 32AA to 36H and undies stretch from XS to 5XL! The discount range varies from product to product but panties are less than $35 (normally $50) and the most expensive bra is $65 (usually $90). I’m kind of partial to the stripey bra to the left, but that’s just me.
Again, please note that both of these sites are members-only, but registration is free and no real personal information is collected until checkout. Also, these sales are VERY limited time only or until stock runs out.
As my regular readers know (thanks for listening to me complain about this yet again!), I’m terminally cursed with uneven shoulders due to scoliosis. The classic bra strap style causes me no end of problems: either the straps won’t stay up, or they are too tight and I can’t raise my arms without the band of the bra riding up.

In this case, the leopard print bra wasn’t helping.
I was mostly wearing 32AAs at the time, but a representative of the Felina and Jezebel lingerie brands assured me that this bra “fits very nice on skinny girls who don’t have much to work with.”
Uh huh…. no it doesn’t. Huge gaps in the cups, and the band gave me bruises.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: ow. my ribs.
Don’t write off Felina completely, though, because they do have some halfway decent bras that are not padded up to your neck and will not try to suffocate you.
But if you come across a pink leopard Felina push-up, keep your distance. Walk away. Do not mess with dangerous animals.
Watch it here on CNN.com.
Ok, firstly I agree that this is totally messed up.
Secondly, I am tempted to order one of their bikini tops because I bet it would fit me just as well or better than those of the “adult” counterpart Abercrombie & Fitch in XS, plus they are cheaper. They are cute too: abercrombie kids Push-up Bikini Tops
Thirdly, why can’t A&F just make smaller bikini tops for small adult women to make it even? I don’t know if I should be happy or angry that they are making push-ups for girls. Good for us small petite women, but entirely unnecessary for young girls. Wouldn’t it make sense to just not make push-ups for girls and then make available some smaller sizes for adult women in general?
Our society is so messed up.
Sugarchilli is an Australian site specializing in petite push-up bras and padded bikini tops. These secret discount codes are for the first 50 customers only, so you better be quick… go get yourself some cleavage, already!
If you can’t quite bring yourself to buy a bathing suit while it’s still winter, they’ve also got some bras on sale right now.
The itsy bitsy bras, bikinis and tankinis start at 8AA (30AA in US sizing). I’ll add to this post later today with more information about the products.

This review is for the Gilly Hicks Maren bra, a push up balconet in size 34AA. I chose the light gray color.
I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package because I didn’t realize that there would be some mesh type of covering on the bra with discreet gray polka-dots. Already, I liked the appearance of this bra a lot!
I still have one 34AA Maren left. If you want it, speak now!
Of all the Gilly Hicks bras I sent out to my test-drivers, this balconette style has been the biggest hit.

Gilly Hicks Caitlyn Plunge Push-Up, 32AA
Reviewed by: Erika
Age: 20s
Bra size: 32AAA
Gilly Hicks’ Caitlyn bra is a plunge push up bra made from 73% Nylon and 27% Elastane [Spandex].
The one I received was a plain, navy blue bra. It seems to be well-made.
The only thing I have a problem with is that the bottom of the inner edge of the cups flares out a bit, which looks a little awkward. It’s not noticeable under a shirt, so it’s not too much of a problem.
I’m not a fan of bras with tons of padding, so I was happy that the padding on this one was fairly minimal despite being a push up bra. There’s just enough to make my breasts look shapely and feminine.
I was excited to wear a bra that actually makes me look like I have breasts without looking ridiculously fake.
The cups are a little big on me, but I’m a AAA not a AA so that was to be expected (I can sometimes fit a AA if the cups run a little small, so I was kind of hoping this one might).
Other than that, the fit is great and it’s extremely comfortable. Definitely a bra I wouldn’t mind wearing every day.
Gilly Hicks Jordan Push-Up, 32AA
Bra size: 28AA – 30AA
Age: 22
Overall Rating:
This Gilly Hicks bra is pretty and delicate. The bra I received [GH "Jordan" balcony style with removable push-up pads; one-row, 3-column hook back closure] is a light pink color with no frills, which I really like. It’s a nice, basic bra.
While it looks well made overall, I did notice some pilling in the front. This makes me wonder if it was perhaps a manufacturer’s error or something, as I have heard these bras are usually very well made.
The fabric is very smooth and comfortable. As my band size is tiny, I had to hook the bra on the last setting.
I was shocked at how tiny the cups were. I usually wear Aerie bras in size 32AA and I have found the cups on those to be much larger in comparison to this Gilly Hicks bra.
However, the cups were just the right size on me. There was a bit of a gap in the front due to the band being a little bit big (nothing a simple sewing job wouldn’t fix though).
Under clothes, the bra made me look extremely flat chested. This bra is great for basic, everyday wear, but did not help me look filled out at all. Even though the bra has some padding, it did not seem to help.
I think this bra would be good for some girls, but I didn’t like the way it fit on me.

GH Abby Plunge Bra, size 32AA
Review written by: Renee
Bra size: 28A – 30AA
Age: 20
Overall rating: 3/5 stars
Gilly Hicks’ “Abby” bra is well-made. It’s fairly plain, but I’m not one for designs and frills so I like that.
It has a soft, plush band that does not dig into the skin. The fabric (89% Nylon, 11% Spandex) is lightweight, comfortable, and smooth.
It also has features that make it easy to adjust: convertible straps and a convertible front strap (with two size settings) that connects the cups.
With my having such a small band size, I obviously chose to convert the front strap to the smallest setting (this was not an easy feat – I had to use a safety pin to remove one of the pieces of the strap – but at least that shows that it will stay in place!).
Even with this adjustment, the bra was too wide on me.
However, I was impressed that the cups aren’t obnoxiously large. They are on the small side. I filled them out fairly well in comparison to other cups that drown me, and they provided a nice lift.
I like that the cups are plunge – this bra is perfect to wear with v-neck tops. It really does not have a lot of padding; I personally wasn’t a fan of the shape it provided when I tried it under some of my tops, I felt it made me look flat.
But if you are at least a 32 AA and like a very natural look, I would recommend this bra.
